Holly has held positions or consulted with companies from SMB to global corporate organizations in Sales (both direct and indirect), Marketing, Services and Support functions. All positions were in a senior management position and had a proven, successful track record in meeting revenue and profit objectives. These positions included direct sales, product marketing, development and managing alternate channels of distribution with companies such as Time Trend, Ingram Micro and IBM. She has consistently established a vision, developed the strategies, and executed the tactical action plans necessary to drive forward explosive market growth, revenue, profitability, and strong customer satisfaction.

Before Smart Transformation Holly was co-owner of Evolving Collaborations. Prior to owning and managing her own ventures, Holly had served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Director of Global Management, Director of Vendor Sales, Global Alliance Manager, General Manager and Consultative Sales Representative. Holly brings outstanding knowledge of sales, marketing, distribution, operations and support within the high tech industry of which she has taken best practices to other clients. She understands what processes, skills, and motivation are required to succeed with your customers across your many channels to market.

As the President and owner of Smart Transformation, Holly is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of her client’s vision to develop their strategy and needs to increase awareness and revenue.  She assists clients in aligning their organizations to focus on customers through multiple channels to market, both direct and indirect. She coaches executive management on the “how to” successfully implement their vision.
